We assure you that our new items are of high quality and faultless. They are identical to those in traditional shops.
However, you have 14 days from receipt of a faulty or non-conforming item to request an exchange or refund. If this fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it will be automatically extended to the next working day.
To benefit from these solutions, please return new or unused items in their entirety, together with all accessories, instructions and documentation, in their original, undamaged packaging and with the corresponding invoice. In this case, we also ask you to provide proof of the defect(s) by attaching a detailed description and photos to our contact form.
We undertake to refund all sums paid by the customer, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods, if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned parcel(s).
Please note that you must pay the return shipping costs.
We will ensure that any refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. We refuse all COD shipments for any reason.
